All that is left is to give us a call at (817) 870-0003 and schedule classes with one of our team members. We look forward to serving you. If you need us to give you a call instead, please make a note bellow and we will reach out as soon as possible.
Studio Sabka Terms & Conditions
1. Becoming a Regular Student
After your trial, becoming a regular student means you’ll pick a weekly time, submitting our agreement, and commit to ongoing lessons. You start by prepaying for 8 classes. On your 4th class, we charge you for 4 more—and keep that going every 4 weeks until you decide to pause or stop.
Youth students attend once a week for a 1-hour class. Payment terms are the same for all students regardless of class length.
2. Payments & Billing
All regular students must use a valid credit card for automatic payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx (no cash, checks, or debit cards). Invoices are available on request.
You always pay for 8 classes upfront. On your 4th class, we charge you for 4 more, so you’re always 4 classes ahead. This continues until you choose to pause or stop.
We try to keep pricing stable for current students and only raise rates when absolutely necessary. If we do need to adjust pricing, we’ll give notice—and students with consistent attendance will always be prioritized for price protection.
3. Missing or Rescheduling Classes
To reschedule, text us at least one week ahead. If it’s short notice, we’ll try to fit you in that week—but if we can’t, the class is lost. You can’t reschedule a make-up class. You also can’t make up a missed class during your regular time, but you can extend another class to catch up.
4. Vacations & Breaks
We close for 4 weeks in July and pause billing during that time. If you’re taking extra time off, please tell us early so we can plan make-ups. If you take more than 4 weeks off, your spot and pricing aren’t guaranteed. If you stop for 6 months, any unused classes expire.
5. Stopping or Gifting Classes
Classes are non-refundable. You have 6 months to use any prepaid classes. If you can’t return, you may gift or donate your remaining classes.
6. Extra Classes & Guests
You can add more classes anytime if we have space. Friends and family are welcome to try a class too—just ask us first. No group discounts. Gift cards and trial packages are available.
7. Art Supplies
You can bring your own supplies, but most class fees include what you need. Ask us before buying anything.
8. Arrival & Conduct
If you’re late, class still ends at your usual time. If you’re early, please be mindful of students finishing their class. Be respectful and kind—this is a creative, welcoming space.
9. Children & Pick-up
Please be on time for pick-up. Parents, guardians, or sponsors must also agree to these rules.
10. Special Needs
If you’re sensitive to light, sound, touch, etc., let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to help.
11. Student Etiquette
We expect a positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the program.
12. Photos & Artwork
We sometimes take photos during class or of student art to share on our website or social media. Let us know in writing if you don’t want to be included.
13. Studio Commitment & Summer Breaks
This is a long-term program. Your weekly time is held just for you. Other than our 4-week July break, we stay open year-round.
If you take a long break (more than 4 weeks), you may lose your spot and your price lock. Students who are not active will not be eligible for the next student art show.
By submitting this form online or enrolling as a student, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Studio Sabka Terms & Conditions. THAT'S IT. YOU'RE ALL SET!
